There should be some form of adjustments with one bolt. The truss rod alone may not be enough. Thanks for showing your work.

Hi Adam , nice work! I noticed you are working the epoxy with uncovered hands... it is a good idea to wear gloves , as all epoxy should be considered toxic to bare skin.
